1. About Cisti
Cisti Finance ("Cisti", "we", "us") is a personal finance tool operated by Suir Data Analytics Ltd. (CRO 805139), Two Mile Borris, Tipperary, Ireland. These terms are a contract between you and us. By creating an account, or by clicking Accept and continue, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Cisti is not financial, tax or legal advice
Everything in Cisti — projections, estimates, budgets, retirement timelines, tax figures, guides and blog posts — is provided for general information and educational purposes only. We do not know your full circumstances, we are not regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, and nothing in Cisti creates an adviser–client relationship. Do not treat any figure in Cisti as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, file or pay anything.
3. Investment Tax portal — indicative figures only
The Investment Tax portal (capital gains, deemed disposal, dividend and interest estimates) produces indicative estimates based on publicly available Revenue rates and thresholds and on the transactions you have entered or imported. They can be wrong or incomplete: they may not reflect your full position (other income, prior-year losses, reliefs, Revenue determinations, timing of disposals or errors in imported data).
- Ireland operates a self-assessment system. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your own tax returns and payments.
- Before filing or paying, engage a qualified tax accountant or consult Revenue.ie directly. Never file a return based only on figures from Cisti.
- Revenue does not approve or endorse third-party software, including Cisti.
4. Alpha and beta features
Features labelled Alpha or Beta are still being built and tested. They may change, be withdrawn, or produce incorrect results without notice. Please tell us when something looks wrong — that is what the labels are for.
5. Your account and your data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your password private. You own your data: you can export it or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, cost, tax, penalty or interest arising from your use of Cisti or your reliance on any figure in it, including losses caused by errors, omissions, out-of-date rates, imported data or downtime. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or EU consumer law.
7. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms or the Privacy Policy we will ask you to accept the new version before you can continue using Cisti. If you do not accept, you can still export your data and delete your account.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
